Print brings the whole trip together into a neat document you can print out or save as a PDF. Handy to have a paper plan with you — in case your phone dies or you're offline.
How to open
Open the trip and choose "Print" from the menu. A document preview and a "Print settings" panel will open — configure what to include and click "Print" (or save as PDF from the browser print dialog).
Which sections to include
The document is built from blocks — each one can be turned on or off:
- Cover — name, dates and number of travellers.
- Routes — the days of the trip.
- Points and optional points — places with addresses.
- Timeline — the day schedule with travel and times.
- Trip notes and daily notes.
- Finance — the expense budget.
- Packing list.
Additional settings
- Day selection — print only the routes you need.
- Each day on a new page — for a tidy layout.
- Compact mode — more concise, less paper.
- Point descriptions — include or hide detailed descriptions.
Note
The route section for printing becomes available when a day has at least 2 points — otherwise there's nothing to build a timeline from.
