The map is the heart of planning. Here points turn into a route, and the route turns into a clear day plan with distances and travel times.
View and edit modes
Switch modes with the "Edit / Close" button in the top-left corner of the map.
- View mode — tap a marker to see information about the point. Route lines show the order of travel and transport type (line colour).
- Edit mode — a search bar appears at the top. You can click the map, drag markers and search for places by name. The red "Close" button returns you to view mode.
How to add a point
- Search by name — type the place in the search bar at the top of the map and pick from the suggestions.
- Click the map — place a marker where you need it and the coordinates fill in automatically.
- "+ Add point" button — in the points list panel, if you want to add a point manually.
Dragging and order
In edit mode, drag any marker to a new position — the route recalculates itself. Point order is changed in the list (see the Points section).
Map style
The map type is set in the trip settings — several OpenStreetMap styles are available. This doesn't affect calculations, only the appearance.
Note
If a route looks odd, check the travel mode for the point and try "By car (Google) 🗺" — sometimes a different algorithm works better.
