The whole trip budget in one place

The Finance section helps you keep the trip budget under control — no spreadsheets or mental arithmetic needed. Prices from points come here automatically, and everything else is added in a couple of clicks.

Automatic expenses

All prices set on points (tickets, hotels, excursions) appear in the finance table automatically. You can edit them from the point or directly in the section — the data stays in sync.

Custom expenses

Add expenses not tied to points — flights, visas, insurance, souvenirs — with the "+ New entry" button. Each entry has: name, category, amount, currency, how much is paid, payment and cancellation dates, payment method.

Totals

  • Paid — how much has already been spent.
  • Remaining — what still needs to be paid.
  • Planned — the full trip budget.
  • Per person — amounts recalculated based on the number of adults and children.

Currencies

The trip has a default currency, but each entry can be in its own currency. This is handy when some payments are in euros and others in local currency.

Export

All expenses can be exported to CSV — open it in Excel or Google Sheets to share the budget or reconcile group costs.
