"My Files" is a single storage for tickets, vouchers, booking confirmations, insurance and visas. Files can be kept in a general list across all trips or attached to specific points and expenses.
Uploading
Drag files straight into the window or click "Upload". Images, PDFs and text files are supported. The limit is 10 MB per file.
"My Files" section
This is a combined list of all files across all trips. It's easy to search and filter here:
- By category — Attraction, Accommodation, Transport, Visa, Insurance, Other.
- By type — images, PDFs, text, other.
- By size — from tiny (<100 KB) to large (≥10 MB).
- By link — attached to a point, to finances, multiple links or no links.
- By date — today, yesterday, this week, earlier.
For each file you can see the name, category, size, date, description and what it's linked to.
Links
A file can be linked to a point (hotel booking → hotel) or a finance entry (receipt → expense). Links let you instantly find the right document from within the point or from the budget.
Viewer
The built-in viewer opens images and PDFs directly in the app: page navigation, zoom, "fit to width" and "fit to page". Large text files are shown with a warning — they can be downloaded in full.
Offline access
Important files can be saved offline — they'll be available without internet, which is a lifesaver on the road. Offline copies are just as easy to delete when you need to free up space.
Right after booking, upload the PDF to files and attach it to the point — your confirmation will be at hand even without a connection.
